We produce most of our furniture in our factory in the UAE.
What does OFFICEBASE not produce?
We do not produce the following:
- Office Chairs
- Power Distribution Units (PDU's)
- Cable Management Conduits A.K.A. Cable Snakes
- Safes
- Metal Pedestals
- Height Adjustable Table base
Does OFFICEBASE have a showroom?
Yes, we do. We are happy to welcome you to our showroom located in our factory in Dubai.
Can I visit your showroom and factory?
Yes, absolutely. We are happy to welcome you to our showroom and modern factory. Appointments will be required for the factory. Please note that you may not take any photographs or make any videos of our factory.
Does OFFICEBASE customize the furniture listed on their website?
Yes, we can. As we are a factory and produce our own furniture, we are able to customize depth and width on your furniture orders. Please contact our customer support team for information.
Can OFFICEBASE provide more colors than those listed on the website?
Yes, we can. We have 12 great engineered wood colors to choose from on our website. We have chosen 12 colors that we think will satisfy most customer needs. However, if you need other colors we have 100's of other colors from whcih to choose.
In fact, we also have 100's of metal colors from which to choose. Provide us a RAL number and we can check with our vendors if they can supply the color of your choice.
How long does it take for you to deliver an order?
Generally speaking we can deliver most orders 4 to 8 working days from delivery. Larger orders may take a bit more time. It also depends on how busy we are at the time. We will, of course, make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
How long has OFFICEBASE been producing furniture?
We have been producing furniture for 11 years! We have delivered furniture to some of the largest projects in the UAE and have won awards for our work!
What kind of warranty do you provide?
On items manufactured by OFFICEBASE we provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty. All our warranty information is listed on each product page of our website. Let us know if you need more information.
Do you charge delivery charges?
Yes, we do. Our furniture has been priced competitively and we do charge a delivery charge. We have kept our delivery charge flat so that you can continure to enjoy our low prices and we can continue to cover our delivery costs.
