OFFICEBASE Warranty Statement

OFFICEBASE warrants to you, the original customer, that the product or service delivered to you will be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacturing for the period covered in the below list from the date of delivery to you. Merchandise found to have a defect in material or workmanship must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or to extreme atmospheric conduction is not covered by the OFFICEBASE warranty.

The express warranties made in this warranty are exclusive and may not be altered, enlarged, or changed by any distributor, dealer, or other person, whosoever. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery, irrespective of shift usage, of the original purchase and is non-transferrable. OFFICEBASE will fix or replace the defective product with a comparable product, at its option and free of charge (for materials and components) any product, part or component which fails under normal use.

No claims whatsoever shall be entertained for a replacement for damaged or missing goods unless it is notified to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

The repair or replacement of defective goods constitutes the entire obligation of OFFICEBASE; no cash refund is available. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. OFFICEBASE shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our furniture has been designed to be used in an office environment and is void if it is used in an environment that is not considered an office or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered or repaired by any resource other than us.

Cabinets

Limited Lifetime Warranty on the board material. 1 Year Warranty on hardware components e.g. furniture levelers, locks, latches, etc.

Coffee Tables

Limited Lifetime Warranty on the board material and the metal base. 1 Year Warranty on hardware components e.g. furniture levelers.

Sofas

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted—for example, fabrics and leathers may naturally fade or deteriorate over time and cushion cores may soften and lose shape. These are normal conditions and are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under our warranty.

Electrical Items Tabletop Power Distribution Units, other power extensions

1 Year Warranty from the date of delivery.

Writing Boards

Limited Lifetime Warranty on the board material and the metal base. 1 Year Warranty on hardware components e.g. furniture levelers.

Safes

1 Year Warranty from the date of delivery.

Other exclusions include Non-Furniture, Clearance Items, Showroom Samples. Upholstery: We warrant the frame system for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
