Yes, we do. We are happy to welcome you to our showroom located in our factory in Dubai.
Yes, absolutely. We are happy to welcome you to our showroom and modern factory. Appointments will be required for the factory. Please note that you may not take any photographs or make any videos of our factory.
Yes, we can. As we are a factory and produce our own furniture, we are able to customize size and color on your furniture orders. Please contact our customer support team for information.
Yes, we can. We have 13 great engineered wood colors to choose from on our website. We have chosen 13 colors that we think will satisfy most customer needs. However, if you need other colors we have 100's of other colors from whcih to choose.
In fact, we also have 100's of metal colors from which to choose. Provide us a RAL number and we can check with our vendors if they can supply the color of your choice.
Generally speaking we can deliver most orders 4 to 8 working days from delivery. Larger orders may take a bit more time. It also depends on how busy we are at the time. We will, of course, make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Our philosophy is to under commit and over deliver.
We have been producing furniture since 2011! We have delivered furniture to some of the largest projects in the UAE and have won awards for our work! We are particularly proud of our work with Aldar and Google.
On items manufactured by OFFICEBASE we provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty. All our warranty information is listed on each product page of our website. Let us know if you need more information.
Yes, we do. Our furniture has been priced competitively and we do charge a delivery charge.
Yes, we can. We have experience in producing fire-rated furniture having supplied such furniture on projects in the past.
Yes, we can. We have produced furniture for LEED projects and are able to produce furniture using sustainable materials.

We reduce wastage when manufacturing through the use of modern manufacturing technology. Our furniture is designed to reduce material waste at every stage.
Re-use
We reduce wastage by re-using materials. By using off-cuts for other applications such as pallets.
Recycle
We collect our waste and pass it on to companies that collect waste to recycle.
